Jio 4G Mobile for just Rs0

Jio has officially announced its 4G featured mobile comes with an effective price of Rs0. After the successful market revenue on Jio 4G network, now the makers are ready to release their featured mobile. Jio 4G mobile will be on sale from 15 August, the mobiles will be available for beta testers. Pre-booking starts from 24 August for everyone in the MyJio app for Rs. 1500(Refundable). Customers can buy the phones from September on a "first come first server" basis. It depends on the time and speed of your internet connection. Customers who made their pre-booking request on 24 August are only able to purchase on September sale.

Jio 4G mobile comes with two types of data packs. You can pay Rs.153 for an Unlimited plan (Unlimited calls, SMS, Unlimited data). Unlimited data lasts up to 500 Mb per day and then speed will be throttled to 128 kbps. If you are not willing to buy this pack then Jio has another pack like Rs.24 for two days and Rs.54 for the week.

Main features of Jio 4G mobile:-
  • The mobile comes with all Jio apps included. (Jio Music, Jio TV, Jio Cinema)
  • Supports VoLTE for high definition voice calls.
  •  2.4-inch QVGA  display.
  • Alphanumeric Keypad.
  • SD card slot.
  • FM Radio.
  • Jio is planning to include NFC in mobile for faster payments.
  • The operating system is not yet confirmed.
In an interview, Jio makers said that there are so many 4G smartphones in our India but not everyone can afford them. So we are bringing a featured mobile which supports 4G affordable by everyone.
Even though people using high-end smartphones they are likely to buy this mobile because of its low cost. Money spent on Jio 4G mobile is refundable after 3 years. This will be the best deal for the smartphone market. Wait until the mobile comes to a sale.
